These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LiveMatch Pro mobile application and the related website at livematchpro.app (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Waiv Producao de Conteudo Online LTDA, CNPJ 59.619.776/0001-37, headquartered at Avenida Centenario, 5079, Caixa Postal 212, Prospera, Criciuma — Santa Catarina, Brasil, CEP 88811-701 ("we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other notices, guidelines, or rules referenced in the Service. If you do not agree with any part, you must not install or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

LiveMatch Pro is an informational application that lists upcoming and live football (soccer) matches and indicates, on a best-effort basis, where each match may be available to watch in your country — including television channels, streaming platforms, and free-to-air options when applicable.

LiveMatch Pro is not a broadcaster, streaming service, or rights holder. We do not transmit, stream, or otherwise deliver any match. Broadcaster information is curated manually and through automated suggestions, and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. You are responsible for confirming availability directly with the broadcaster before relying on this information.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service if you reside in the United States, and at least 16 years old if you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to facilitate or promote piracy, unauthorized retransmission, or circumvention of geographic licensing restrictions;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying datasets of the Service, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or copy content from the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service or any other user's experience.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported by third-party advertising (currently Google AdMob). By using the free version of the Service, you accept that the Service may display advertising. Where required by law, advertising is shown only after you provide consent via the in-app consent prompt.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Match listings, scores, lineups, events, or broadcaster information are accurate, complete, current, or error-free;
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs;
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected;
• The Service will meet your specific expectations.

7. Third-Party Content and Trademarks

The Service displays team names, league names, broadcaster names, and related visual elements that are trademarks or copyrighted works of their respective owners. These references are made solely for the purpose of identifying matches and informing users where they may be watched. LiveMatch Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third parties unless explicitly stated.

If you are a rights holder and believe content displayed in the Service infringes your rights, contact us at dmca@livematchpro.app. We respond within 24 hours and process valid takedown notices within 48 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Waiv Producao de Conteudo Online LTDA, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) ten US dollars (USD 10) or (b) the amounts (if any) you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Waiv Producao de Conteudo Online LTDA and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

10. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you would expose us to legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12) will survive.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Comarca de Criciuma, Estado de Santa Catarina, Brasil, and you irrevocably consent to that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence, this clause does not deprive you of that right.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
